Cool Bike

I don't know where I got this image (probably Facebook), but I'm pretty sure it was taken in Saint Petersburg during the summer. It's a cool bike. Note the headlamp set-up and the stoppie bar on the front wheel.

Also, the pilot appears to be quite young...
