Ghost Rider

I didn't really rate Ghost Rider. It could have been good - Peter Fonda and Sam Elliot were in it. But it wasn't. It was silly, and Nicolas Cage chewed the scenery throughout the whole movie.

But it wasn't all bad. Whoever chose the motorcycles really knew their stuff and (although i'm not recommending the movie) it might be worth watching just for the attention to detail paid to the bikes.

The bikes were perfect...

Wild Angels

I watched this movie last night. The poster makes it seem both lurid and dated, but actually the movie is neither.

It's a reasonably good story and its well directed and acted, with enough moral complexity to make it interesting. And the clothes and bikes are great! The moral ambiguity is something modern viewers will be comfortable with but it's not hard to imagine that in 1964 it must have been shocking!

I enjoyed it a lot more than I was expecting.

It's on YouTube and its easy to find. I recommend it!
