Apparently, in October 2009 as a last gasp attempt to save Buell, Eric Buell entered into a secret trade agreement with Domino's Pizza, whereby Buell would supply Domino's with faster delivery bikes, and Domino's would supply Buell with pizza.
However the scheme was abandoned after early consumer trials showed that although the pizzas did in fact arrive at customer's doors much quicker, they were no longer in any condition to be eaten...
